Marina Kolesnik is a serial entrepreneur and business executive with a distinguished record of building and scaling top companies across the Software Services, EdTech, TravelTech, and FinTech sectors.

Known for her ability to structure and execute complex deals, she has a proven track record in corporate development, operations optimization, and creating strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth.

Notably, as one of the leaders of DataArt’s recent acquisition of ACL in Chile, Marina played a pivotal role in expanding DataArt’s capabilities across Latin America. The landmark deal brought over 500 talented IT professionals into the DataArt family, solidifying its position as a premier provider of innovative technology solutions in the region.

Previously, Marina played a key role in launching Hopper’s hotel business. As CEO of Travel.ru (Oktogo Group), she raised $25 million and earned it a place among Fast Company’s Top 50. Her experience as a mentor at Techstars and a consultant at McKinsey & Company further enriches her perspective and leadership.

With 20 years of experience, Marina has developed an extensive professional network among founders and entrepreneurs in a wide range of sectors.

Tim Kogan is a corporate finance executive and board member with over 15 years of experience in M&A banking, corporate governance and value creation advisory roles across United States, emerging Europe, and Israel.

In his tenure as Managing Partner at TK&C, Director of Investment Banking at FinPoint — an associate company of Rothschild & Co.— and Capital Times, emerging Europe's leading financial advisory firms, Tim architectured cross-border projects valued at nearly $1 billion and completed M&A and debt restructuring deals worth over $100 million.

Tim holds an MBA (Gumma Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University’s Coller School of Management and New York University’s Stern School of Business. He also earned an MA and BA in Finance (Summa Cum Laude) from Tugan-Baranovski National University.
